Simone Oliver joins as VP of editorial and programming and Jeremy Jankowski as VP of business development and partnerships
The Lighthouse has appointed Simone Oliver as VP of editorial and programming and Jeremy Jankowski as VP of business development and partnerships, bringing two seasoned media and Creator Economy executives into key leadership roles as The Lighthouse continues to expand its programming, content, community, and commercial ecosystem
Simone joins The Lighthouse after most recently leading the content launch of EE72, Edward Enninful’s global media and creative platform. Previously, she served as global editor-in-chief of Refinery29 and held leadership roles across media partnerships at Meta and digital at BET, with earlier experience at The New York Times and Allure. At The Lighthouse, she will serve as editor-in-chief of the ecosystem, shaping its cultural voice, programming strategy, original content, and educational platform, LEARN.
Jeremy joins from EE72, where he served as CRO and led partnerships across luxury, culture, and Creator talent. He previously helped architect Pinterest’s Creator programs and co-authored the original monetization strategy behind Refinery29’s 29ROOMS, making him an early architect of many of the commercial models that helped define the Creator Economy. At The Lighthouse, he will lead business development and partnerships across the company’s growing ecosystem.
Together, the hires bring deep experience across media, culture, technology, fashion, brand partnerships, and Creator commerce at a moment when The Lighthouse is building out what a physical and digital home for Creators can look like
