The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) has established three new cells to further strengthen and streamline its administrative and operational activities. Separate officials have also been assigned to oversee each of the newly formed units
The information was disclosed in an office order issued by the Directorate on Thursday (August 6)
According to the order, the three new units are the Procurement Unit, the Industry Relations Cell, and the Engineering College Cell. The initiative has been taken to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Directorate’s administrative functions
Under the new structure, the Director of the Administration Branch will head the Procurement Unit, the Director of the Planning and Development Branch will oversee the Industry Relations Cell, and the Director of the PTID Branch will be responsible for the Engineering College Cell
