The Google Search Console generative AI performance reports seem to be live for everyone now. Google has not yet announced the full rollout of the generative AI performance reports but after checking all my profiles in Search Console, it seems to now be fully live
UPDATE: It is not fully live yet, but it expanded to many many more profiles in Search Console
Yes, Google did expand access to this report a few weeks ago, but now it seems to be available for everyone. The report still does not include any click data or query data but it is fully live for all
Some are saying they do not see it, but I checked around 25 profiles I have access to and all of them have it. Google does say it won’t show the report if, “Your site hasn’t received enough impressions in generative AI features on Google Search.”
You should see it as an expandable tab under the main performance report in Google Search Console – here is what that looks like:
As a reminder, the report includes the following data (just not clicks):
- Impressions: How often URLs from your site appeared in generative AI features in Search and Discover.
- Pages: Check which URLs appeared within AI features.
- Countries: Understand your visibility on a country basis.
- Devices: Identify the devices people are using when seeing your website (available for Search results).
- Dates: Monitor your performance over time with hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly granularity.
Here is what it looks like:

Vijay Chauhan pinged me about this on X this morning – he seems to be right
The generative AI performance report shows data about how your site performs in generative AI features on Google Search. You can use this report to:
- See how your organic impressions from Search generative AI features changes over time
- See what pages are getting the highest (or lowest) impressions in generative AI features
- Understand where your generative AI impressions are originating (for example, by device or country)
Sadly, we still do not see query or click data in this report

Update: Google’s John Mueller confirmed it is not fully live for everyone yet, he said on Reddit, “Correct, it’s not yet every domain. (Also, like the discover and news reports, these are only shown if there’s sufficient data to display.)”
