Refund and Returns Policy

At Justfine Infotech, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We offer a wide range of digital training programs, downloadable products, IT services, and physical items. Below is our policy outlining how we handle returns and refunds to ensure clarity and fairness.
1. Digital Products & Online Courses
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of the following items are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded:
- Online Courses & Training Programs
- E-books, Templates, and Downloadables
- Software or License Keys
- Paid Webinar Access or Virtual Sessions
Exceptions:
We may offer refunds under the following conditions:
- You mistakenly purchased the same course or product twice.
- You experienced technical issues that prevented access and contacted support within 72 hours of purchase.
To request a refund, contact us at support@justfineinfotech.com with your order number and proof of issue.
2. Physical Products (Laptops, Accessories, Devices)
Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order ID) is required.
Non-returnable items:
- Software CDs, open electronics, and customized devices.
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or accidents.
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
3. Services (Web Design, IT Support, Installations)
- Consultation or service fees are non-refundable once the service has started or been delivered.
- For ongoing services (like hosting or monthly management), cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
4. Refund Request Instructions
To request a refund or return:
- Email support@justfineinfotech.com with:
- Full name
- Order ID
- Product/Service name
- Reason for refund or return
- Allow up to 3 business days for a response.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).
- Contact your bank.
