Primark will finally launch its online sales. The Irish budget fashion group, whose cost structure had previously prevented it from selling online, will begin doing so shortly\u2014though only in Great Britain. The company, which is also expanding into new markets such as Mexico, is thus seeking ways to revitalize its brick-and-mortar business, which has been affected for several quarters by a decline in comparable sales.<\/p>\n
In a press release previewing its fourth-quarter results, AB Foods, Primark\u2019s parent company, announced that the company will begin offering home delivery of online orders to customers in the United Kingdom<\/strong>. In 2025, Primark reported revenue of 9,489 million pounds, in line with the previous year, although on a comparable-store basis, the company posted a 2.3% decline for the full year<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n In the United Kingdom and Ireland\u2014which together constitute the group\u2019s largest market, accounting for 45% of total revenue\u2014the company reported a 1% decline in sales last year and a 3.1% decline on a comparable basis. In the rest of Europe (with Spain as the main market, accounting for 17% of total business), the group increased its revenue by 2%, although on a comparable basis it recorded a 1.5% decline.
