He collaborated with external partners to establish credibility, build a robust market presence around the division and support larger clients. He considers this transformation one of his proudest professional accomplishments.
\nFrom 2011 to 2016, Mr. Chouthai Baburao held the position of practice leader for digital integration and digital process automation at Cognizant. He played a key role in guiding teams through modernization initiatives and platform-based journeys for numerous customers. For the preceding four years, he served as a business process management architect at Cognizant, further developing his expertise in digital transformation.
\nEarlier in his career<\/a>, Mr. Chouthai Baburao was a principal solutions architect at Cast Iron Systems from 2005 to 2006. During this period, he contributed to product development projects before the company’s acquisition by IBM. He worked as an integration architect at Adea Private Limited for two years, after beginning his professional journey as a product consultant with JK Technosoft from 2000 to 2002.
\nEducationally, Mr. Chouthai Baburao’s background includes completion of the Emerging Partner Program at Harvard Business School in Boston in 2014, where he studied business acumen, consultative selling, customer centricity and leadership influence. He previously earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science in 1998. His academic achievements have provided a strong foundation for his leadership roles and have supported his ongoing efforts in technology-driven business transformation.
