The newly launched AI agent leverages “cotomi Act,” an agent technology developed by NEC. It automatically extracts browser operations and system usage history into structured data, and once trained, the AI replicates the work procedures. By autonomously operating systems and browsers to execute tasks, it enables significant reductions in work time. The solution is designed for routine tasks such as expense reimbursement and attendance management.<\/p>\n

NEC developed this AI technology in 2025 and has been offering it since January 2026 as part of a combined package with software, consulting, and operations and maintenance services. With availability on Marketplace beginning in August, companies making IT investments on Microsoft infrastructure will be able to adopt and utilize the agent more seamlessly.
