\n assemble the list, organizations submitted nominations demonstrating impact and commitment
\n to learning transformation. Winners and finalists were selected based on a rigorous
\n evaluation across key criteria, including learner engagement, business outcomes, applied
\n innovation, community contribution and alignment with Coursera\u2019s mission to provide

\n development and project management.At Southern Miss, Coursera is used to support individual learning, career readiness
\n and curriculum enhancement. Faculty can integrate Coursera content into courses, while
\n Career Services encourages students to use professional certificates to supplement their degrees

\n to bring Coursera into their courses or programs where it made sense for their students
\n or employees. Today, 72 percent of all micro-credential completions at Southern Miss
\n come through those faculty-led courses. For our students, that means graduating with
\n more than a degree. They also leave with industry-recognized certificates that show
\n employers they\u2019re ready to contribute on day one. That kind of engagement comes from
\n faculty who believe in it, and what makes this recognition so meaningful to us.\u201dThe university has also partnered with the Association of Office Professionals to allow staff to earn Professional Standards Program points through Coursera, connecting
