This flexible approach ensures that participants \u2014 regardless of background or role \u2014 can build digital skills that translate directly into real work<\/p>\n SPARK is built around hands-on, real-world problem solving. Participants work through realistic scenarios that reflect the complexity and pressure of manufacturing environments \u2014 without the risk<\/p>\n Simulations challenge participants to collaborate across functions, interpret incomplete information and adapt quickly \u2014mirroring the realities of plant operations<\/p>\n \u201cThe scenarios are realistic and sometimes cryptic,\u201d explained Joseph Delisser. \u201cYou have to work with people from different departments to solve the problem, just like in real life.\u201d<\/p>\n This approach helps participants immediately translate learning into action<\/p> A defining feature of SPARK is its flipped (inverted) classroom model, which allows participants to engage with content on their own time and apply it during live sessions<\/p>\n \u201cThe inverted classroom helped me fit learning around my daily responsibilities,\u201d said Kasia Stelter. \u201cIt also allowed me to adapt the material to what I already knew.\u201d<\/p>\n Live sessions are focused on application \u2014 discussion, simulations, and collaborative exercises \u2014 making learning more effective and relevant<\/p>\n \u201cYou\u2019re not just absorbing information,\u201d said Michelle Korzec. \u201cYou\u2019re actively using it in real time.\u201d<\/p> Beyond individual skill building, SPARK creates connections.
